It’s not mindset coaching, and it’s more than skills training. This is depth-oriented work rooted in clinical psychology, designed to address what’s driving the performance interference — not just manage it.

You’ll receive direct, psychologically informed feedback grounded in clinical expertise. Sessions are focused and structured, while still allowing space for reflection, complexity, and real change. Most clients work with me for three to six months before moving forward with greater clarity, stability, and self-direction.
Consultations are offered virtually and in person. The fee is $300.
